Sorry, Earth

March 9th, 2010

Can I just point out that this afternoon I was tromping up and down my driveway unloading the car in snow boots and a tshirt? SNOW BOOTS: because there’s still a foot of snow trying to melt, and a TSHIRT: because IT’S WARM ENOUGH FOR A TSHIRT.

Ugh.

The sunshine is like a drug, but the larger meaning of days like this – ugh, ugh, ugh.

Daffodils are popping up in Kelly’s yard. We’re not far behind, kids!

the kids have spent the last 3 days mostly outside, and, let me tell you, there is a MARKED improvement in behavior and adorability! yes, the sunshine also inspires me to make up random words. it’s a damn good day!
